How to record your conference call

As the host you can record your meetings. Below is a guide on how to record meetings and download a the audiofile from each separate recorded meeting.

How to record your meeting:

When you have activated recording of a meeting you can download and forward the audiofile to e.g. external partners or colleagues unable to attend the meeting. Furthermore, during the meeting, you do not have to spend time taking notes, as you can listen to the audio file after the meeting.

It is easy to activate recording of your conference call using your telephone keypad or your online customer area.

Using your online customer area:

  • Start your conference call using the conference number and your host-pin
  • Sign in to your online customer area with your host pin- and participant-pin
  • Under ‘My Account’ select ‘Tools’ and press ‘Monitor call online
  • Now you are in your online conference room, where you can control your meeting online
  • At the top of the left column you can activate ‘Recording
  • Recording ends automatically when the conference is over, but if you want to stop your recording during the meeting, you can disable the recording by pressing ‘stop’

Using telephone keypad:

  • Start your conference call using the conference number and host-pin.
  • Press #7 on your telephone keypad to record the meeting.
  • Recording ends automatically when the meeting is finished, but if you want to stop your recording during the meeting, press #7.

How to download your audiofile:

Your online customer area gives you access to all your recorded audio files. The audiofile is available approx. a half an hour after the meeting has ended, due to server buffering.

  • Sign in to your online customer area with your host- and participant-pins.
  • After you login, you will automatically enter the ‘My Page’.
  • Find ‘Activity’ in the middle of the page.
  • Under ‘Activity’ press ‘All images’.
  • Select your desired recording and download the recording in the desired file format.

It’s free to record your conference call regardless of duration, but if you want to download the audiofile later you will be charged 90 kr/download. (make sure to only click once).
